Blakely I. Mohr

Lanny K. Begley

WHY LAW? While my father was military, he always said that I had “problems with questioning authority”. After completing my undergraduate degree at Austin Peay State University, I figured I could put my need to question rules and ask why to good use, and moved to Texas to attend law school at Baylor University. While law offers a huge array of options, I knew I’d like to use it to not just help people, but work directly with them as well. I started as an advocate for Social Security Disability, and eventually moved into criminal defense and family law. People having to deal with the law, particularly in these areas, can often feel overwhelmed, and I am proud to help serve, guide, protect and fight for our clients in these otherwise unfamiliar territories.
